You are welcome to read this site, share it and quote it with attribution. Please leave the security of it alone, and please leave other people’s use of it alone.
What is on the page
The screenshots are captures of the real product, and the figures beside them describe the markets and campaigns they came from at the time they were captured. Markets move. A number that was accurate on the day of the capture describes that day.
Nothing here is a promise about what a particular business will achieve. Results depend on the market, the neighborhood, the effort behind the work and a great deal else that sits outside any piece of software.
Where to take advice
Legal, financial, tax and investment questions belong with your own counsel. Where this site describes how a title representative or a team leader might work, treat that description as a starting point for a conversation with the counsel and compliance people who know your obligations and your state.

Exclusive arrangements by ZIP code, partner programs and product availability are described here in general terms and are settled in a written agreement, never on a web page. What is available, and on what terms, can change.

TheGenie, TitleGenie, the marks and the design of this site belong to 1ParkPlace, Inc. US Patent 10,713,325.
Every other company name mentioned belongs to that company, and appears here only to say plainly what we are describing.
